Arnis Lapiņš

Arnis’s education and academic work is connected with history and political science. Since 1993, he has successfully combined these two fields with public relations work by serving as press secretary for the political party Latvijas ceļš (Latvian Way) and, from 2000-2002, as press secretary for the prime minister at the time, Andris Bērziņš. He acquired valuable media experience in the early nineties while working for the leading daily newspaper Diena.

Arnis accumulated experience in the development and implementation of public relations programs and campaigns from 1998-2000, when he worked at the public relations agency DDB&CO Hintzy Heymann Latvia. He joined the P.R.A.E. Public Relations team in 2002.

Currently Arnis participates in the strategic planning and implementation of all local public relations campaigns.
