While working as a journalist for the newspapers Latvijas Jaunatne and Labrīt, where he edited business and economics sections, and later for the lifestyle magazine Klubs, where he served as editor in chief, Ainārs had the chance to follow the development of private business in Latvia. This allowed him to accumulate unique experience and to acquire a broad circle of contacts in the most important Latvian media outlets. Thanks to this experience and wealth of contacts, Ainārs was able to form the public relations firm P.R.A.E. Public Relations, established in 1998, where he has assembled a competitive team that can work quickly, effectively, creatively, and fruitfully.

Over the course of more than a decade, P.R.A.E. Public Relations has developed as a company that maintains a stable place among the top three public relations firms in Latvia. The firm has accumulated considerable experience in collaboration with leading local and international companies from various sectors.

Ainārs currently serves as a strategic consultant in the planning and implementation of all the most significant corporate projects.
